The Poly-Fly Transport Chair (Polywog Chair)

The Poly-Fly is a combination transport chair and wheelchair.  Quick release 24" wheels can be removed to transition self propelled wheelchair to a transport chair.  This transport wheelchair combo has a lightweight, all aluminum frame.  The Poly-Fly transport chair / wheelchair combo comes with two sets of brakes: one for use with wheelchair the other for use with the transport chair.  Comes with swing away foot rest with composite footplates and heel loops.  The Poly-Fly combo wheelchair / transport chair has nylon upholstery and a carry pocket on the back.  The Poly-Fly wheelchair has 8" casters when used in transport chair mode.  The transport chair / wheelchair has a fold-down back for ease of storage.  Weight capacity 250 lbs.  Limited lifetime warranty.
