Dual axle allows for variation of seat-to-floor height. Frame is made from triple chrome plated carbon-steel. Urethane rear tires, mounted on "no-flex" wheels with dual sealed precision bearings for smooth rolling. Available in 22" and 24" seat widths. Five year warranty on frame. Weight capacity 450 lbs.
