Posey Soft Rail double bolsters act as an alternative to bed side rails and help protect lucid patients from rolling out of bed. The bolsters attach to a 33" x 33" foundation pad, are repositionable, and easy attach with hook and loop fasteners. Bolsters can be removed for patient transfers. Available with either a machine washable polyester cover or wipe clean vinyl cover. Meets CA #117, Section E Flame Retadancy Standards.

Recommend Use; Patients prone to unassisted bed exit and / or falling out of bed.
